Return and Refund Policies


Here at Optimst Alpha, we may issue refunds in the following situations with no need for returns:

1. If the wrong item is received such as wrong color, size, or model (with evidence).
2. If the item has been used, is defective, or is in extremely poor quality (with evidence).
Once you have clicked on the "confirm" button, it might be not possible to edit or cancel your order, but we will do our best to take care of you.

Contact us before you begin the return process!

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Refused shipments for undamaged products, without our permission, may not be refunded. We will issue a full or partial refund if there is an error on our part or we believe you received a defective item. 

Returned by Customer - Contact us before returning any products! We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, nor do we do size exchanges. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size. We also do not refund items for shipping times or delays.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for issues like wrinkled items or collapsed caps. We suggest these items be ironed on a low setting. The item and package must be in new, unused condition and all tags need to be returned

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
